How do you use AI in Outlook as a lawyer?

You ask Nova in plain English. No commands, no syntax. For example:

• "What do I need to do?" returns a ranked queue with the work already prepared.
• "Who am I keeping waiting?" lists people who've written and haven't had a reply.
• "Draft a reply to this" puts a reply in your register into your drafts folder.
• "Summarise this contract and tell me what's unusual" returns the substance and the clauses to look at.
• "Write the letter of demand and put it on our letterhead" produces a Word document with your firm details already in it.
• "Anything in my sent items that should have been billed?" finds work you've done and not recorded.

Nova learns from correspondence you've already approved, so letters come back sounding like you rather than generic AI English. Your firm name, address, ABN, trust account and practitioner details are filled in automatically, so there are no placeholder brackets left behind.
