Our consulting is designed to end in a working system. We sit down with you, in person on the Gold Coast or in Brisbane or online, and find the job that costs your team the most time or the most lost work. Then we tell you plainly how to fix it, and we build it.

How does our AI consulting process work?
- Free consult. You tell us what's slowing the business down, in plain English.
- Map the job. We look at how the work happens today, which systems it touches and what "done" looks like.
- Honest recommendation. Spark if it's front office work. AI Legal Toolbox if you're a law firm. A custom build if neither fits. Or no AI, if that's the right answer.
- Quote and build. Custom work is quoted per project after the job is mapped, so you know the price before any build starts.
- Run it and improve it. The system goes into your real business with approval points you choose, and we improve it based on results.
What do we look at when we assess where AI fits?
We ask the same questions of every job before recommending anything:
- Is it repetitive? AI is strongest on work that happens again and again.
- Does it eat real hours? We start with the job that costs the most time or the most lost work.
- What systems does it touch? Your inbox, CRM, accounting, phone system or practice management software.
- Where must a person decide? We design approval points in from the start.
- How sensitive is the data? Some businesses can't use public AI tools, so private deployment options are available and discussed on the scoping call.

Who does the consulting?
The people who build the products. Elysia Partners is three co-founders, and Tom Schalch, our CEO, is hands-on in every build: Spark, AI Legal Toolbox and the custom systems we make for clients. Sarah Burke and Anthony Bartlett are operators who've spent years running real businesses, and they hold every recommendation to one test: does it earn its place in a real workday, or does it just look clever in a demo?

Yes. We talk through who can see your data, where it's processed and whether it's used for training, before anything is built. Private deployment options are available and discussed on the scoping call.
